Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days with the exception of holidays due to heavy volume of orders. Shipping may also take longer during heavy holiday volume.

Please note time for shipping does not include order fufillment time. If time is of the essence please email me and I will try to accommodate you if possible.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will only ship through USPS.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please email us immediately at orders.pinkpeony@gmail.com if you have provided an incorrect address.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

The Pink Peony Gallery and Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report this to the local authorities.
